Our newly refurbished 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom condominium embodies modern coastal elegance, inviting discerning guests to indulge in unparalleled comfort and luxury. Spread across two designed levels and boasting a spacious 2200 square feet layout, our residence seamlessly blends style with functionality.

Forget packing bulky towels and linens-we've got you covered with luxurious hotel-quality essentials. And no need to overpack; our fully stocked kitchen has everything from stainless appliances to coffee makers, ensuring you have all the comforts of home.

Gather around the farmhouse-style table in our open-concept dining area, or kick back on the sofas in the living room, complete with a 55' flat-screen TV. Sliding doors lead to a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset cocktail.

We've got beach towels, chairs, and even an iron and ironing board in our laundry room. And with fast WiFi internet, you can stream your favorite shows or stay connected with friends and family back home.
Where You'll Sleep
Bedroom 1:
Located on the main floor features a plush QUEEN bed with luxury linens, a flat-screen TV, blackout drapery for privacy, and a spacious closet equipped with hangers and a luggage rack. The adjacent main floor bathroom provides added comfort and ease during your stay.
Bedroom 2:
Next to Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 features a lavish KING bed with luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, blackout drapery for privacy, and a roomy closet with hangers and luggage rack, plus a convenient nearby bathroom.
Bedroom 3 & 4:
Ascending to the second floor, Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer cozy QUEEN beds with luxury linens, quilts, and pillows, providing a peaceful retreat. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, blackout drapery, and a spacious closet with hangers and dresser drawers. The main floor bathroom, accessible from the hallway upstairs, adds convenience for guests staying in these serene sanctuaries.
Bedroom 5 & 6:
On the second floor, Bedrooms 5 and 6 epitomize luxury with spacious KING beds, adorned with lavish linens, quilts, and pillows. Bedroom 5 features a private ENSUITE bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, offering ultimate relaxation. Both rooms include flat-screen TVs, blackout drapery, and closets with hangers and luggage racks. Sliding doors provide access to the balcony, offering guests a tranquil outdoor space to unwind.

Situated in the picturesque Cherry Grove area of South Carolina, our beachfront condo at Pier Watch Villas II offers direct access to the sandy shores and captivating views of the intercoastal waterway. With just a mere 100 feet from the beach and Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, guests can enjoy convenient proximity to seaside activities. Additionally, our location is within a 3-minute drive to grocery stores, golf cart rentals, and dining establishments, ensuring a perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.
House Rules:
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, while we kindly ask guests to check out by 10:00 AM. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in using our smart lock system
Occupancy Limit: To ensure comfort and safety, we accommodate a maximum of 12 guests during your stay.
Departure Protocol: Prior to departure, kindly gather used towels, switch off appliances, and ensure all doors are securely locked.
No Pets Allowed: As per Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations, pets of any kind are not permitted on the premises.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo as well as on the balcony. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.
Additional Requests: Please leave parking passes on the butcher block island. Failure to comply may result in a $50 fine. Thank you for your cooperation.

Entire condo except for three locked supply closets for housekeeping/maintenance staff

Complimentary parking is available underneath the condo, with a parking pass requirement of three passes per reservation.

My husband and I are both healthcare professionals. Our family loves to travel and we enjoy hosting others. My husband and I have 5 kids from ages 12 to 27. We have a golden retriever named Bella who loves to travel with us. We live in Atlanta GA and love North Georgia Mountains.
Our hobbies include anything outdoors, DIY crafts, cooking and spending time with our family. We both work in healthcare so caring for others is our passion. The best gift anyone could have is that of travel and experience for that is what life is made of! Be happy, do good, be kind and give the world the best you've got always.
